Manganese Dioxide Granules (MnO2) Or Iron Removal Media -
Manganese Dioxide Granules (MnO2) is used for removing iron, hydrogen sulphide, and manganese from water supplies. It is a media that utilizes an oxidation reduction reaction and filtration process similar to Greensand, but at much higher level of performance. Manganese Dioxide Granules (MnO2) contains 80% oxidant in an extremely unique cluster format for enhanced performance and maximized capacity. Manganese Dioxide Granules (MnO2) outperforms Greensand, brim etc. due to purity of its particles, superior oxidation/filtration capacity and durability. Manganese Dioxide Granules (MnO2) is a standard stocked media. This product does not require regeneration.

Manganite (Greensand) -
Manganite (Greensand) is a black filter medium used for removing soluble iron, manganese and hydrogen sulphide from well water supplies. It also has the capability of removing radium and arsenic. It is processed from the mineral zeolite ( a light weight granular core) with a manganese dioxide coating is deposited on the surface of the mineral grains. Each grain has a finite amount of manganese dioxide coating it. Unlike in-situated media, there is no need for any extensive pre-conditioning of the filter media to try to apply a coating. The filter media is ready to install in the filter and be regenerated.
The manganese dioxide coating acts as a catalyst in the oxidation reduction reaction of iron and manganese. The media can be used in two methods of operation: continuous regeneration (CR) and intermittent regeneration (IR). The CR method is recommended for predominantly iron bearing waters with or without the presence of manganese, and the IR method is recommended for use on ground waters in which manganese predominates. Additionally, manganese greensand is listed under ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for portable water treatment components.

Side Channel Blowers, also known as Regenerative Blowers / Vortex Blowers / Ring Blowers / Turbine Blowers, are designed for all areas where pulsation-free vacuum and pressure services are required. Units may be installed horizontally or vertically. The die-cast Aluminum construction makes this a very robust product. Sealed-for-life bearings, a fan-cooled drive and a non-contact impeller all ensure that the Side Channel Blowers are maintenance-free. Side Channel Blowers are exceptionally environment-friendly, as they require no operating fluids. An internal silencer allows the Side Channel Blowers to run very quietly, whilst the drive has energy-efficient motors.
