Waste Water Treatment Plants

Sewage Treatment Plant [STP]

Sewage Treatment Plant [STP]:-  is a facility  designed to treat waste water from homes, industries, and commercial establishment before it is released into the environment or reused. The treatment process removes contaminants, including organic matter, solid, pathogens, and harmful chemical, to ensure that the discharged water meets environment safety standards.

Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent Treatment Plant [ETP] :–  This would involve an effluent treatment plant which is used in industries to treat wastewater before releasing it  into the environment. These plants remove contaminants like chemical, oils, and solid from industrial effluents to ensure compliance with environmental regulation.

Chemical Mixing & Dosing System

Chemical Mixing & Dosing System :is designed to precisely mix  and dispense chemical into a process for application like water treatment, industrial processing, pharmaceuticals, and food production. The system ensures accurate chemical proportions, preventing waste and ensuring process efficiency.

Zero Liquid Discharge [ZLD]

Zero Liquid Discharge [ZLD] :Is a wastewater treatment process designed to eliminate liquid waste discharge from industrial facilities, ensuring that all water is treated purified, and reused. The goal is to maximize water recovery while minimizing environment impact.

Multi effect evaporator [MEE]

Multi effect evaporator [MEE]:- is a system used in industrial processes to concentrate liquids, typically water or other solvents, by removing the solvent through evaporation. It operates by utilizing multiple stages, or “effects,” in which the vapors generated in one stage is used as the heat source for the next stage. This method significantly improves energy efficiency by reducing the need for external heat sources.

Sludge Dryer Unit

Sludge Dryer Unit:- is an industrial device used to reduce the moisture content of sludge, which is a byproduct of wastewater treatment processes, sewage treatment, or other industrial processes. The primary goal of a sludge dryer is to convert wet, high-moisture sludge into dry, manageable material, reducing its volume, making it easier to handle, store, or dispose of. In many cases, dried sludge can also be used as a fertilizer or for energy recovery.

Agitated Thin Film Dryer [ATFD]

Agitated Thin Film Dryer [ATFD]:- is a type of industrial drying equipment designed for the continuous drying of heat-sensitive, viscous, or sticky materials. It operates by spreading a thin layer of material over a heated surface while using mechanical agitation to improve heat transfer and facilitate drying. This is particularly useful for materials that have a tendency to form clumps or require controlled drying to avoid degradation.
